I am Vikas Jakhmola, the founder of Techijack, with over 15+ years of experience in the IT industry. My journey in the tech world began with a passion for learning and a dedication to solving complex IT challenges.

Over the years, I have gained extensive expertise in Windows Server and Exchange Server support, along with various other IT solutions. My certifications include MCSA, MCSE, MCT, etc. which have equipped me with the skills to handle a wide range of IT scenarios.

My professional journey has been marked by a continuous drive to share knowledge and help businesses navigate their IT needs. Through Techijack, I aim to provide top-notch IT services, ensuring that my clients receive the best solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

How It Started

After completing my bachelor’s degree, I began my career assembling computers for home users and small businesses. Through these interactions, I realized the advanced IT needs of small and enterprise businesses. Driven by a keen interest in IT, I pursued and completed MCSA, MCSE, MCT and other certifications.

My career progressed as I took on various roles in different companies, gaining valuable real-world experience. I handled Windows Server support, Exchange Server support, and chat servers with high availability for nearly 10 years. Wanting to share my knowledge and help others, I started writing blogs, articles, and creating video tutorials under the name “TechiJack.”

The name “TechiJack” combines “Techi,” indicating a tech-savvy person, and “Jack,” derived from my last name, Jakhmola. Non-Hindi speakers found my last name challenging to pronounce, so they started calling me “Jack,” a name I embraced for my blogging site.

After publishing over 100+ articles and a complete video series on Exchange Server training on YouTube, I began receiving queries from small and medium-sized organizations seeking help. Initially, I provided free support via email and Skype, but as the volume of requests grew, I transitioned to offering remote desktop support full-time, focusing on Windows Server, Exchange Server setup, and migration.

As demand increased, I invited colleagues and friends to form a team of Microsoft certified professionals, each an expert in their area, including cloud and web migration. Today, Techijack provides comprehensive IT services, specializing in Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365 solutions.
