Module 3 – Azure Administration

In this module, you will learn about the tools that Azure administrators use to manage the infrastructure.

This includes the Azure portal, Cloud Shell, Azure PowerShell, CLI, and ARM templates.

Upon finishing this module you will be able to use the Azure resource manager to deploy resources.

Module 4 – Virtual Networking

If you complete this module you will be able to implement virtual networks and subnets, configure ip addressing, Azure Firewall, DNS, and network security groups.


Module 5 – Intersite Connectivity

In intersite connectivity, you will learn about site-to-site connectivity options such as VNet Peering, virtual network gateways, VPN Gateway, etc.

You will be able to configure VNet peering, VPN Gateways, virtual wan, and express route, once you complete this module.

Moreover, you will also be comfortable with selecting appropriate cross-site connection resolution.


Module 6 – Network Traffic Management

This module teaches about the network routing and service endpoints, network traffic strategies, Azure load balance, and Azure Application Gateway.

After completing this module you can configure the network routing, custom routing, and endpoints.

Also, you will come to know, how to configure a load balancer in Azure Along with Application Gateway configuration.


Module 7 – Azure Storage

In this module, you will learn about the basic storage options in Azure, including storage accounts, blob storage, Azure files and file sync, etc.

Once you complete this module, you will be able to create an Azure storage account, secure Azure storage and configure Azure data sharing and file synchronization.


Module 8 – Azure Virtual Machines

Azure VM covers the learning about Azure VM, Creating, Planning, availability, etc.

Once you complete this module, you can plan and implement Azure Virtual Machines and establish availability and scale virtual machines in Azure.


Module 9 – Serverless Computing

The serverless computing module covers how to manage serverless computing, including Azure App Service, Container, and Kubernetes.

By completing this module, you will be able to create an application service plan, deploy online applications, implement Azure container and Kubernetes services.


Module 10 – Data Protection

As the name says data protection, this module helps you to learn, how to protect virtual machines and how to backup your important data.

By completing this module, you will be able to backup & recover the file and folders on Azure, therefore, you can also backup & recover your virtual machines in Azure as well.


Module 11 – Monitoring

Monitoring Module teaches about, how to monitor Azure infrastructure, it also includes the learning of alerting and log analysis.

If you complete this module, you will be able to monitor Azure resources, you can create custom alerts as well.

Moreover, you can check log analytics and network watcher.


Prerequisites for Microsoft Azure Administration Training 104 

An individual who is going to prepare for this Microsoft Azure Training 104 exam.

He/she should have knowledge of networking, Identity, virtualization, and storage.

An individual should have knowledge of DNS including TCP/IP, Firewall, VPNs, and Encryption.

Good understanding of Active Directory, Users and Groups, and RBAC.
